Education
Schools and campuses buy on a calendar. The cart is the wrong tool.
A campus buy is a count, a model, and a receiving dock that is not open in July the way a warehouse is.
How the buy actually happens
We quote the devices and the licenses. If the standard is a 14-inch ThinkPad for labs and a MacBook Pro for staff, say which population each line is for. Put the landing window in timeline so lead time is sourced against that date, not against a cart.
What we will not stamp
Imaging, MDM, and student privacy programs are yours. We do not file E-rate. We do not print a state contract number we do not have.
The paperwork, not the SKU
Calendar
Summer refresh and fiscal year-end are lists with dates. Put the date in timeline or notes.
Seats
Labs and staff are different counts. Split them if the SKU or the image is different.
What we do not claim
We do not claim an E-rate filing or a state contract on this page. If you have a contract number, send it.
What usually sits on the list
Examples from the catalog. Your PO may be a different family. Price is still on the quote.
Labs and staff
ThinkPad or Chromebook-class counts for labs, a different image for staff. Split the lines.
Seats
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, quoted by population, not as one mixed SKU.
Wireless
Aruba or Catalyst APs with the license term on the same list. APs without a term do not operate.
The window
Summer receiving is not a warehouse. Put the landing date in timeline.
Catalog
From the catalog
Not a kit. Configuration and paperwork still go on the quote.
