How the buy actually happens

The SKU is rarely the hard part. The hard part is matching the approved model and shipping to the right site. Send those two. Split quantity by site if receiving is not one dock.

What we will not stamp

If you have a GPO or a contract number we should put on the quote, put it in notes. We will not invent one. We will not print HIPAA, HITRUST, or a clinical-hosting claim because a clinic is on the ship-to.

Locked images
Once a clinic standardizes on a Latitude or EliteBook, the next buy is that family. Send the last part number.
