Endpoint, email, and identity are seats. A closet firewall is an appliance. Both can sit on one list.

What to send

  1. Seat count, and whether this is already inside an E3 or E5 bundle
  2. Plan (Defender P1 vs P2, Entra P1 vs P2)
  3. Appliance model if you are replacing a small firewall
  4. Tenant type: new or existing

Security quotes go wrong when the buyer already owns the SKU inside a Microsoft bundle, or when the list names Falcon and Defender as if they were the same seat. Say what you run today.

What we quote

Endpoint seats (Falcon, Singularity, GravityZone, Defender) and a closet firewall (Palo Alto, SonicWall, Fortinet, or Cisco). Plan numbers matter. Falcon Pro is not Enterprise. Singularity Complete is not Core. Defender Plan 2 is not Plan 1. Send the plan you want, or the one you run today.
