These terms cover use of the Bliss World LLC website. Purchases, when they happen, happen on a quote and an order, not on a cart.
The site
The catalog displays hardware and software we source. Pages are families and examples, not a live stock feed and not a public price list. Studio packshots show the family. The quote names the exact build.
Quotes
A quote request is a request, not an order. A quote we send is a written offer or estimate on the terms printed on that quote. Nothing on this website takes payment. Submitting the form does not bind you to buy and does not bind us to hold inventory.
Accuracy
We try to keep model names and family specifications current. Manufacturers change SKUs. If a page and a quote disagree, the quote wins.
Manufacturer names
Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, Microsoft, HPE, Adobe, and other brand names are trademarks of their owners. Use on this site does not imply a specific partner tier. Product names identify what we quote.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the catalog to fake a store. Do not submit the forms with malware, other people’s personal data you have no right to send, or automated spam. Do not attempt to inject payment flows that this site does not have.
Liability
The site is provided as a catalog and a way to reach the desk. To the extent the law allows, Bliss World is not liable for decisions made from a product page without a quote, or for manufacturer changes to a family after the page was written. Quotes state their own terms.
Law
These terms are meant for use of a United States catalog site. If a dispute is only about the website, United States law applies except where a mandatory rule says otherwise. Order terms, when you have them, are on the quote.
Changes
We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top is the date of this text.
