1. Where is Bliss World located?

We are a California-based, women-owned business, but we partner with multiple vendors for fast, Nationwide fulfillment. Products ship from USA, UK, or China warehouses.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • USA: 5-10 business days (after processing)
  • International: 10-20 business days (varies by country)
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

3. Do you charge sales tax for California customers?

Yes, as required by California law, sales tax is applied at checkout for orders shipped to CA addresses.

4. What’s your return policy?

Under California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act, you have the right to a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
