Return Eligibility
- 30-Day Return Window: Unused, unopened items in original packaging.

How to Return an Item
- Step 1: Email us at returns@blissworld.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
- Step 2: Ship the item to our return center (address will be provided upon approval).
- Step 3: Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

- Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (unless defective).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Final sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase).
Defective or Wrong Items

- We will cover return shipping and offer a free replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.

· International customers are responsible for customs fees/duties (not included in shipping costs).
