Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Window: Unused, unopened items in original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase Required: Order number or receipt must be provided.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

How to Return an Item

  • Step 1: Email us at returns@blissworld.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Step 2: Ship the item to our return center (address will be provided upon approval).
  • Step 3: Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary by bank (typically 3–10 business days).
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective).
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase).

Defective or Wrong Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
  • We will cover return shipping and offer a free replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.

·       Bliss World works with Different Vendors for order fulfillment. Their processing times and shipping carriers may vary.

·       International customers are responsible for customs fees/duties (not included in shipping costs).
